About the role

Responsibilities
- Create and implement sourcing strategies and workflows to build robust and diverse candidate pipelines.
- Identify creative sourcing techniques and tools to activate and engage passive Talent.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring priorities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage multiple requisitions with strong pipelines of active and passive candidates to sustain long-term hiring goals.
- Maintain data hygiene through our applicant tracking system (Ashby) to ensure accuracy of our Talent datasets.
- Utilize data to set benchmarks and metrics to create targeted sourcing strategies and decision-making.
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical sourcing experience in the software industry, with a proven track record in high-volume and targeted pipelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of engineering concepts and the ability to effectively communicate technical requirements to candidates.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-changing environment.
