Responsibilities
Serve as the focal point for developing and maintaining people-related KPIs, working closely with the Data (IT) team and other HR sub-areas to ensure indicators are accurate, relevant and aligned with the organization’s strategic needs;
Research, analyze and apply People Analytics best practices to promote a data-driven culture within the Directorate;
Use insights derived from data analysis to inform strategic HR decisions and improve the effectiveness of people management policies and practices;
Develop strategic indicators and management reports, consolidating data into actionable information to provide executive visibility and support decision-making;
Propose and oversee the development and implementation of systems, automations and tools that meaningfully contribute to the Directorate’s digital transformation;
Implement technological solutions that optimize processes, increase operational efficiency and improve the employee experience;
Map critical processes within HR sub-areas, understand their specific needs and propose solutions that strengthen proper governance of processes and data, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations;
Support and/or lead area projects that deliver improvements, workflow integrations and efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields. Postgraduate degree or specialized courses preferred;
Experience in related activities;
Knowledge of data analysis and BI tools (Excel and Power BI) and the Microsoft Office suite;
Knowledge of project management and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, among others;
Availability to work 3 days on-site and 2 days remote at Faria Lima.
