- Build trusted partnerships across commercial, product, and operational teams — helping them see the real-world value in our analytics.
- Take ownership of adoption metrics and storytelling with data, demonstrating progress and impact.
- Continuously evolve our analytics operating model so it scales alongside our growth and complexity.
Requirements
- 12+ years leading analytics initiatives with a proven ability to influence and inspire.
- Deep understanding of modern BI, Data Science, and AI tools.
- Excellent communicator, able to make complex ideas simple and relatable.
- Experience guiding change and embedding new ways of working.
- Empathy, creativity, and confidence to lead through collaboration and shared purpose.
