Ensure platform reliability, optimize cloud spend, enforce security and compliance
Act as the link between business objectives and technical execution, driving innovation
Design and implement secure, scalable AWS solutions aligned with business goals
Define standards, enforce compliance, and ensure operational excellence across multi-account environments
Lead resolution of major cloud incidents and drive root cause analysis
Monitor and optimize AWS services for availability and efficiency using automation and observability tools
Manage access controls, vulnerabilities, and regulatory adherence (GDPR, NIST)
Apply tagging, cost optimization, and chargeback models for financial accountability
Assess emerging AWS technologies and define strategic roadmaps for adoption
Bridge architecture, operations, and delivery teams; mentor engineers; influence stakeholders
Collaborate with business units, vendors, and AWS teams to align solutions with priorities
Requirements
Over 10 years in IT operations and infrastructure, including 5+ years of hands-on AWS expertise
Led the design, deployment, and management of complex, large-scale AWS environments
Directed cloud migration, automation, and modernization initiatives to drive transformation
Deep expertise in cost optimization, security, compliance, and governance frameworks
Proven ability to mentor teams and align technical solutions with business objectives
