- Senior advisor in innovative housing construction and area development for the VNG. Supporting municipalities in applying innovative practices in area development and housing construction.
Responsibilities
- (Laten) inventariseren van de kennisbehoefte van gemeenten en hun partners.
- Verspreiden van bestaande en nieuwe kennis bij gemeenten.
- Vormgeven van een samenhangend ondersteuningsaanbod voor de periode vanaf 1 juli 2026.
- Organiseren van bijeenkomsten om kennis te verspreiden.
- Selecteren van veelbelovende nieuwe werkwijzen en innovaties.
- Toezicht op en begeleiding van twee pilots gebiedsontwikkeling bij gemeenten.
Requirements
- Minimaal een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in de richting van ruimtelijke ordening, bestuur en beleid, of organisatiekunde.
- Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring met woningbouw of gebiedsontwikkeling als adviseur, beleidsmedewerker, projectleider of vergelijkbaar.
