About the role
- Mental Health Therapist providing comprehensive mental health and substance use services for clients at CMT Services, Inc. Conducting assessments and therapeutic interventions in a hybrid setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive screenings and assessments on clients entering treatment
- Implement appropriate therapeutic interventions for identified areas of concern
- Facilitate weekly evidence-based groups in accordance with the group curriculum
- Provide individual counseling to clients in need of therapeutic and supportive services
- Update client’s treatment plans every 30 days
- Develop, access, and maintain resources for client’s pre and post release plans
- Maintain contact with a caseload not to exceed 25 clients
- Maintain HIPAA compliant electronic health records and case files
- Participate in weekly individual clinical supervision and monthly staff meetings
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited college with a Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Criminology, Sociology, Public or closely related field
- Possess and maintain one of the following licenses or certifications: LCSW-C, LGSW, LGPC, LCPC, LCADC, CAC-AD, CSC-AD
- LCSW-C or LCPC preferred (LGPC/LMSW considered with supervision)
