- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics initiatives
- Define and maintain core business KPIs
- Translate ambiguous business and product questions into well-scoped analytical approaches
- Act as a senior analytical thought partner to Product, Engineering, Finance, Compliance, and Leadership
- Communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Partner with Data Engineering and Architecture to shape analytical data models
- Conduct deep-dive analyses across user behavior and product performance
- Help shape best practices for analytics development
Requirements
- Expert-level SQL skills
- strong proficiency in Python or R for analysis
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Deep experience working with modern cloud data warehouses
- Strong statistical foundation
- Proven ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments
- Experience working with sensitive, regulated, or privacy-constrained data environments
- Comfort operating as a senior IC without people management responsibilities
