About the role
- BackEnd Developer for Clinicorp, a SaaS company supporting dental clinics' operations through modern web development. Responsible for data processing and architecture in a strategic engineering squad.
Responsibilities
- Work end-to-end on building internal solutions: from understanding real pain points directly with business areas to architecture and coding;
- Evolve the I&E (Import & Export) system so it can handle an increasing volume of data;
- Improve the application's monitoring, feedback and user interface;
- Ensure technical quality of deliveries through automated tests, code reviews and data security best practices;
- Ensure observability and evolve the delivered tools, identifying performance bottlenecks or automation opportunities that make life easier for the internal team;
- Provide support to internal teams that use the data import and export tool.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress;
- Solid experience with modern web development using Node.js;
- Desirable experience with promises and data streams;
- Desirable experience with Google Cloud Platform or another PaaS/IaaS;
- Ownership: ability to manage your own priorities and projects without constant supervision;
- Assertive communication: since you will work directly with internal areas, it is essential to be able to translate business problems into technical solutions (and vice versa);
- Investigative curiosity: genuine interest in exploring new capabilities of AI tools and proposing innovations the team has not yet applied;
- Process-oriented mindset: ability to look at a repetitive manual task and mentally design how it can be automated via software.
