About the role

Responsibilities
- Deliver BMO's compliance programme, covering key risk areas
- Reviewing documentation, supporting the rollout of compliance initiatives, monitoring controls
- Support internal investigations and keep track of legal developments
- Work with Local Compliance Officers and coordinate the community
- Support BMO's data privacy work and assist the Outdoor Legal team
Requirements
- Qualified paralegal with prior experience gained in-house, in private practice, or both
- Legal drafting and document review

- Microsoft 365 proficiency
- Experience in a multinational or multi-jurisdictional environment would be a real asset
