About the role
- Therapist I providing evidence-based therapy sessions to clients of all ages at Clarity Clinic. Managing a caseload while supporting client mental wellness and personal growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to a variety of populations from children/adolescents to adults, offering exceptional client care
- Manage a caseload of 12-24+ attended client sessions per week (Part Time/ Full Time optional)
- Ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner
- Oversight of assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plan consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures
- Participate in organizational trainings and professional development
- Promote, support, and demonstrate Clarity Clinic’s mission, vision and values through both behavior and job performance and adhere to policies, procedures, Compliance plan and Standards of Conduct on a day-to-day basis
Requirements
- Must be partially licensed or fully licensed as a Licensed Social worker or (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Associate Marriage/Family Therapist (AMFT)
- Experience with any/all of the following treatment modalities is beneficial: Family-focused therapy, Multi-systemic therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, Hypnosis, Health psychology (chronic health issues or pain management), CADC, Marriage and Family Therapy
