Responsibilities
Definir el plan de despliegue del Service Desk (fases, hitos y entregables).

Acompañar la transición organizativa y la adopción del nuevo modelo de soporte.
Requirements
3-5 años en gestión de proyectos IT, especialmente en implementación de Service Desk o herramientas ITSM (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, etc.).
Experiencia en entornos multisite y con equipos distribuidos.
Formación: Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o afines.
Certificaciones en ITIL (preferiblemente v4) y gestión de proyectos (PMP, PRINCE2 o Agile).
Conocimiento de procesos ITIL: gestión de incidentes, problemas, cambios y catálogo de servicios.
Familiaridad con herramientas ITSM (ServiceNow, Jira).
Capacidad para definir KPIs y SLAs del Service Desk.
Orientación a resultados y resolución de problemas.
Capacidad de negociación y gestión de conflictos.
Comunicación efectiva en entornos multiculturales.
Nivel alto de inglés (habitual en proyectos globales).
