Responsibilities
- Challenge the status quo and rethink how AI can transform the finance and accounting world.

- Fine-tune LLMs and train ML models on our most precious data to achieve levels of accuracy others can only dream of.

- Shape expense management from day one by solving real pain points with intelligent automation.
Requirements
- You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Pythonista, a strong background in AI, Machine Learning or Data Engineering and you have hands-on experience building and operating production-grade systems.
- You understand that strong architecture is the backbone of effective AI. You bring solid system design skills and know how to build scalable, reliable and maintainable services, especially in fast-moving AI environments.
- You’re highly proficient in GCP or AWS and ideally bring experience in data engineering, distributed systems or modern data platform components.
- Monitoring, evaluation, and transparency are core to how you build. You design with observability in mind from day one to ensure models and services run stably and predictably.
- You thrive in dynamic environments and adapt quickly to new developments. AI moves fast and so do you.
- You actively use AI tools to accelerate your workflow, increase your output quality and create real 10x impact in your engineering work.
- You take responsibility in uncharted territory. With AI/ML best practices still being defined, you operate independently, with curiosity and a solution-oriented mindset to help shape what comes next.
- You communicate fluently and confidently in English and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
