Responsibilities
- We have an exciting new opportunity for someone from an Underwriting background to join CFC’s operations team, a team that is a cornerstone in driving change and scaling the business in line with our ambitious growth trajectory. We focus on driving efficiencies and best practices throughout the underwriting processes, challenge how the business operates today and work at setting up CFC for additional growth. The team also manages external vendor relationships, our underwriting support function and much more. We work with numerous teams across the business on a variety of projects and initiatives. No two days are the same!
Requirements
- We’re looking for driven, self-starters with a strong work ethic. You will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry and end-to-end policy lifecycle, either from experience as an underwriter or broker or experience in insurance operations, focusing on projects and efficiencies. You have strong time management skills and are able to multi-task and handle numerous projects at once of varying sizes and complexities. You have strong organizational and stakeholder management skills and are able to set and meet deadlines.
