PR & Communications Executive driving communications strategy and content development at CFC. Collaborating with teams to enhance brand awareness and support broker engagement in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
Handle day‑to‑day administration for the communications team using workflow tools (e.g., Monday.com), keeping the communications calendar up‑to‑date and coordinating team activity.
Track media coverage and prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
Assist with CFC’s awards programme, including drafting and submitting award entries.
Upload press releases and content to the online resource centre.
Work with underwriting teams to help create clear, engaging content.
Partner with the content team to ensure media coverage, blogs and articles align with wider marketing activities.
Support the digital team by sharing and amplifying coverage across social media channels.
Draft press releases, expert comments and reactive statements with guidance and support.
Contribute to communications campaigns that build brand awareness and support broker engagement.
Work closely with the Senior Communications Manager on campaign planning and delivery.
Build relationships with trade media and help manage journalist enquiries.
Support internal stakeholders and assist with ad‑hoc communication requests as needed.

Educated to degree level, ideally in a related field; Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing preferred
Early‑career experience gained within PR or communications, (B2B experience beneficial but not essential.
Good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and workflow tools e.g., Monday.com.
Solid understanding of key communications channels, including PR, owned, social and digital.
Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic design tools (desirable but not required)
