Responsibilities
- Conduct immersion sessions with users to understand real pain points and needs.
- Elicit and document requirements as user stories and/or functional specifications.
- Translate business requests into technically feasible solutions for the development team.
- Act as a bridge between users and the technical team, clarifying doubts and negotiating timelines, scope and priorities.
- Validate that delivered work meets what was agreed with users.
- Support users during acceptance testing, homologation, and in the first days of using the solution after deployment.
- Coordinate and monitor production deployments, ensuring support during assisted production.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes, proposing innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Experience analyzing and eliciting functional and non-functional requirements.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with backlog/project management tools (Azure DevOps, MS Project, Jira, Trello, etc.).
- Ability to perform functional testing and validate deliverables.
- Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, and system architecture.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to translate technical language for the business.
