About the role

  • Assistant de gestion comptable et budgétaire au sein de Centre Morbihan Communauté, gestion des prévisions budgétaires, suivi comptable et relation avec les fournisseurs.

Responsibilities

  • Support departments and/or municipalities in preparing budget forecasts
  • Manage and update the inventory
  • Record depreciation journal entries
  • Monitor borrowings (loans)
  • Create and update third‑party records
  • Assist in preparing purchase orders and commitments
  • Participate in the invoice processing workflow
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers, the SGC, and partner municipalities
  • Assist with monitoring the receipt of grants/subsidies
  • Prepare year‑end journal entries
  • Assist in preparing grant application files

Requirements

  • Qualification or training in public accounting preferred
  • Familiarity with M57 and M4 public accounting rules
  • Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel); experience with the e‑sedit software is a plus
  • Experience in a financial or accounting department of a local authority or an inter‑municipal cooperation body (EPCI) is desirable
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, professional discretion and team spirit
