Requirements
- Proven experience designing, building and operating complex distributed systems
- Strong expertise in Go and backend engineering best practices
- Deep understanding of system design, scalability and performance optimization
- Proven ability to incorporate AI coding tools into development workflows while maintaining high standards of code quality and engineering discipline
- Excellent communication skills in English, able to explain complex systems clearly
- Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail and quality
- GraphQL experience is nice to have, but strong API design, backend fundamentals and the ability to learn quickly are more important
