Requirements
- Extensive leadership experience within building surveying, cost consultancy, or professional services
- Proven track record of leading and growing a consultancy or service line
- Strong understanding of the commercial property sector and consultancy delivery models
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in a complex environment
- Chartered professional (e.g. MRICS / FRICS or equivalent)
- Strong commercial acumen, including P&L ownership and financial management
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into delivery
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- High levels of credibility with clients, partners and senior stakeholders
