About the role
- Analyze operational planning and provide strategic insights for C&A stores in Brazil. Drive sales projections, reporting, and process improvements in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Define store targets based on historical analysis and market projections;
- Conduct detailed analysis of store sales and identify trends;
- Develop sales projections and metrics for operational forecasting;
- Monitor and track forecasts, proposing adjustments for continuous improvement;
- Prepare management reports and presentations to support strategic areas;
- Contribute to the evolution of planning processes, seeking efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields;
- Solid experience in operations planning and analysis of performance indicators;
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, charts);
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Good communication, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team;
- Preferred: Knowledge of Power BI and SQL;
- Experience with data analysis tools and report automation.
