- Strong conceptual data modelling skills
- Adept at testing model changes, extracts and new reports
- Experience in managing or mentoring small teams
- Inquisitive about source systems, data models and business change
- Expert in data security within Power BI
- Experience with governance and change management, including CI/CD processes
