Requirements

• Define and monitor SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, and reliability plans for legal systems.
• Implement end-to-end observability (logs, metrics, traces), incident automation, and postmortems with improvement actions.
• Orchestrate resilience: chaos testing, circuit breakers, retry policies, rate limiting, and backoff strategies.
• Design and evolve cloud architectures (multi-account, landing zone, well-architected), focusing on security and compliance (LGPD, SOX) in line with Itaú’s corporate guidelines.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), IaC (Terraform), and containerization (Docker/ECS and/or EKS).
• Cost/performance optimization (FinOps) and governance (IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager, Config, GuardDuty).
• Design and implement integrations with legal systems, contract management, digital signature, OCR, ML/NLP (when applicable), and internal/external APIs.
• Develop and maintain .NET services (C#) and automation/analysis routines in Python.
• Ensure code standards, testing, security by design, and built-in observability.
• Apply application security (OWASP, SAST/DAST), encryption, access segregation, masking, and LGPD-oriented data governance.
• Support audits and provide technical evidence (controls, trails, runbooks, playbooks).
• Conduct technical negotiation with business areas and vendors, translating legal requirements into viable technological solutions.
• Facilitate integration between squads, legal, security, and product teams, prioritizing value, risk, and compliance.
