- Build, refine, and manage the integration's product backlog in collaboration with engineering and customer excellence teams.
- Translate complex customer software integration requirements into clear, actionable user stories and detailed specifications.
- Track delivery progress and milestones and ensure timely completion of customer projects.
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in a product, technical project, solutions, or integration-focused role within B2B SaaS, logistics, or enterprise software.
- Experience working with external customers and technical vendors (e.g. carriers, freight forwarders, SaaS partners).
- Strong ability to plan and run customer-facing integration projects, including requirement gathering, prioritization, and delivery tracking.
- Comfortable translating business and operational needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and integration requirements.
- Hands-on experience with API-based integrations, including: REST APIs, JSON, authentication concepts, webhooks.
- Able to validate assumptions and ideas without engineering support.
- Demonstrated ability to identify improvement opportunities across customers, vendors, and internal workflows while balancing customer needs and platform scalability and reusability.
