About the role

• Sr Business System Analyst supporting standardization and automation of S2P processes for Honeywell Aerospace Technologies. Responsible for collaborating with IT project managers and ensuring successful technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with and support IT project managers.
• Work as part of project management office delivering projects that meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
• Report directly to our Director of IT.
• Work out of our Phoenix, Arizona or Charlotte, North Carolina location.
• Support the standardization, optimization, and automation of Source to Pay( S2P) processes— including Sourcing, Procurement, and Accounts Payable.
• Ensure the successful execution of our technology initiatives.
• Support the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, instrumental in achieving long-term goals.

Requirements

• 3 plus years of experience working in Information Technology, Supply chain, Engineering, Finance Or HR functions.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Domain knowledge and business process expertise in large diversified multinational companies
• Experience with MS Office (especially advance level in Excel), MS Project, PPT etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
• Experience with analytical tools like Tableau, Power BI, Python.
• Proven success in delivering complex IT projects, meeting quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
