Execute all customer service tasks within the reservation system

Requirements
Previous experience of working in a customer service role (retail, hospitality, sales etc)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Effective planning, prioritising and organising of workload
Accuracy, quality and attention to detail
Strong team player
A love for overseas travel and holidays will be an advantage
