About the role
- European Product Quality Engineer responsible for handling product quality claims and monitoring Altherma heat pump launches. Collaborating with internal teams across EMEA for quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- verantwoordelijk voor de afhandeling van kwaliteitsclaims van producten
- volgen van de lancering van nieuwe Altherma-warmtepompen en de kwaliteit ervan tijdens hun levensduur monitoren
- onderzoek naar de oorzaak van eventuele kwaliteitsclaims, via telefoon, e-mail, online monitoring of op locatie
- nauw samenwerken met collega’s uit andere kwaliteits- en ontwerpafdelingen in de EMEA-regio
- kwaliteitsbijeenkomsten organiseren en coördineren met leden van de kwaliteitsteams in verschillende fabrieken en ontwikkelingscentra
Requirements
- industriële ingenieur bij voorkeur met technische specialisatie
- oplossingsgerichte instelling
- vloeiende communicatie met affiliates, distributeurs en EMEA-fabrieken
- sterke administratieve vaardigheden
- bereidheid om regelmatig buitenlandse zakenreizen te maken
- vloeiend in het Engels (geschreven en gesproken), kennis van andere Europese talen is een pluspunt
- MS-Office vaardig
- rijbewijs Categorie B, geldig om in Europa te rijden
