Responsibilities
Interpret physician referrals and complete musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary evaluations
Establish and implement individual treatment plans based on evaluation results and goals
Monitor and evaluate outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as needed
Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to assist in achieving optimum patient care
Complete all required documentation following department policy
Requirements
Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school or educational requirements commensurate with the date of graduation
Licensed Physical Therapist in the State upon which you work
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 90 days unless exempt
Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served
