About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end service delivery, including issue/risk/dependency tracking and mitigation across SAP/ERP/Custom application landscapes
- Lead multiple Scrum teams, ensuring successful delivery through strong communication, coordination, and leadership
- Drive program planning, SOW creation, milestone tracking, budget/P&L management, and financial reporting
- Execute high-value business solutions and transformation programs across operations, automation, and systems integration
- Implement process excellence, quality controls, and continuous improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and governance
Requirements
- 9–12 years total experience with at least 3 years in Service Delivery Management (SAP, ERP, Oracle, or Custom Apps)
- Strong techno-functional understanding across ERP or application technologies, with proven problem-solving and analytical skills
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum delivery; Scrum Master certification required , PMP preferred
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring teams, stakeholder engagement, and driving operational improvements
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, and ServiceNow; strong communication and time-management capabilities
