Responsibilities

  • Lead creative design projects from concept to completion
  • Collaborate with teams to develop innovative design solutions
  • Ensure visual quality and consistency across projects
  • Provide creative direction and support to design teams
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively
  • Liaise with stakeholders and align design strategies with business goals

Requirements

  • 12–15 years total experience
  • Minimum 5 years as a hands‑on Graphic Designer
  • Strong foundation in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Experience leading creative teams, supervising visual quality, and providing creative direction
  • Proven experience in creative operations, workflow management, and/or studio operations
  • Strong understanding of presentation design, branding, visual storytelling, and communication design
  • People and stakeholder management experience
  • Self-starter with Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability
  • Preferred Experience in large design studios, corporate creative teams, or professional services in a Multi-National Company
  • Knowledge of tools such as MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Figma, Canva, AI Productivity tools (or similar)
  • Project Management Certification (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Exposure to transformation, transitions, and operations scaling
