About the role
- Lead GenAI & Agentic AI platform strategy for multiple clients at Capgemini Engineering. Driving adoption, managing operations, and advising on technological architecture.

- Own and define enterprise‑scale AIOps, GenAI, and Agentic AI platform strategy across multiple clients/accounts

- Lead operations and governance, including CAB ownership, platform stability, SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement
- Drive industrialized adoption of GenAI & Agentic AI, converting PoCs into secure, scalable, production solutions delivering measurable business outcomes
- Lead, mentor, and manage multi‑location AI/Automation teams while advising senior stakeholders and supporting presales and roadmap decisions
Requirements
- Overall 12-14 Years GenAI & Agentic AI: Azure OpenAI / AWS Bedrock, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, autonomous/semi‑autonomous agents
- AIOps & Automation: UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Power Automate with strong architecture and governance experience
- Operations & ITIL: CAB ownership, Incident/Problem/Change/Knowledge Management, SLAs, MTTR, cost optimization
- Programming & Platforms: Python (mandatory), REST APIs, ITSM (ServiceNow), cloud platforms (Azure & AWS)
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Strong people management, CXO communication, business translation, and ops‑first decision making
