About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the design, deployment and validation of Digital Workplace solutions
- Collaborate in change management activities to facilitate adoption and promote new ways of working across the organization
- Contribute to the implementation of cloud-based collaboration solutions managed by the Digital Workplace & Infrastructures team
- Work primarily with Office 365 tools, with a particular focus on SharePoint, OneDrive and related collaboration technologies
- Participate in the Digital Workplace transformation by understanding departmental collaboration needs and current ways of working
- Support the migration of existing collaboration processes into cloud-based solutions through SharePoint customization
- Validate deployed solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are fit for purpose
- Provide user support and training when needed to ensure proper adoption and effective use of the solutions
Requirements
- Experience in Consulting or Project Management in technology transformational projects
- University; Technical or Engineer Degree
- English and Spanish required
- French appreciated
