About the role
- Test Manager responsible for managing technical planning and execution of customer projects at Capgemini Engineering. Ensuring technical success and acting as a main interface with clients.
Responsibilities
- Ownership and management of technical planning and execution of customer projects (greenfield, swap, migration, software upgrades, etc.).
- Preparation of the end-to-end high‑level technical delivery plan for the given solutions, including identifying required products/applications and local 3rd‑party HW/SW needs.
- Ensuring adherence to Scope of Work across all technical domains.
- Contribution to ensuring that feature specifications align with the defined reference architecture.
- Management of Domain Technical Managers and Architects.
- Ownership of technical issues, including resolution, reporting, and escalations.
- Acting as the main technical interface with the customer.
- Providing technical support to the Project Manager.
- Interface with R&D teams as necessary.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Telecommunications (operator or provider).
- 5+ years of experience with Nokia products and solutions.
- 5+ years in a technical management position (Packet Core, IMS, or SDM).
- Project Management qualification.
- General E2E understanding of: 3GPP standards, 5G networks, Call flows, Telecom network interfaces.
- Specific knowledge/experience with Nokia or equivalent operator solutions such as: CMG, CMM, CFX, NTAS, Voice/Core.
- Higher Education degree (BA, BSc, BEng, MA, MSc, MEng, PhD, or equivalent).
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Fluent French (mandatory).
