About the role

Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, organization and analysis of data from multiple sources required for the proper operation of the tool used;
- Support the development and maintenance of financial models used in mortgage financing simulations, including interest calculations, rates, amortization and financial projections;
- Support the development and maintenance of automations for data analysis, processing and consolidation using programming languages, focusing on efficiency gains, standardization of routines and reduction of manual tasks;
- Perform operational and financial data analyses, identifying patterns, inconsistencies and opportunities for process and tool improvements;
- Support the creation of reports and dashboards for data visualization and decision-making;
- Identify and resolve issues that may arise in the tool, proposing and implementing efficient solutions to improve the quality of the generated information;
- Promote a culture of maintaining technical documentation for the tool, ensuring it is kept up to date to facilitate understanding by other teams;
- Support requirements gathering and process mapping related to the company's financial operations and the tools used;
- Contribute to continuous improvement and process automation projects through data analysis and optimization of existing calculations and models;
- Work collaboratively with other team members, participating in alignment meetings and sharing knowledge to advance the developed solutions;
