Responsibilities

• Perform operational tasks of medium complexity, being responsible for supporting and executing structured analysis of data and information, consolidating surveys, and supporting and occasionally guiding activities related to the development of solutions and implementation of improvements in the Executive Management's routines and processes;
• Research, structure, and consolidate information to prepare documents, reports, and technical opinions related to the management of routines and processes, promoting consolidation, review, and availability for final evaluation and validation by professionals handling high-complexity requests and the CONTRACTOR's lead manager;
• Responsible for preparing materials for RACs (Critical Review Meetings) and for managing and controlling management performance indicators and targets, including alerts, compiling indicator and target history and behavior, conducting critical analysis, and structuring a forward-looking view of results over the year, with proposed action plans in case of deviations or risks to meeting targets. Content and formatting must be previously reviewed and validated by the lead manager before presentation to managers and specialists in the respective managerial results RACs;
• Provide direct support in structuring and developing proposed performance indicators, including but not limited to gathering inputs, populating systems, analyzing results, preparing materials for managerial validation, and reviewing inputs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 (four) years of experience working in one or more of the following specialties: Business Management, Strategic Management, Management by Results, Agile Management, Process Management, or other related fields, subject to validation by contract management.
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, Information Technology Management, or other areas related to the specialty.
