Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (required)
- Strong facilitation background with experience in virtual and in-person training
- Knowledge of adult learning methodologies
- Experience in sales and financial services or have completed their LLQP
- Proven ability to assess learning needs, develop recommendations, and evaluate programs
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
