Responsibilities
Develop the category strategy for accounts within the Prescriber (On-Trade) channel
Build operational plans (assortment, pricing, promotions, merchandising) and ensure their execution
Develop an assortment policy tailored to each customer type and monitor numeric distribution (DN)
Develop, present and manage promotional plans in coordination with the Key Accounts Director
Define merchandising recommendations and support their implementation
Develop and monitor commercial KPIs
Produce monthly and quarterly analyses and perform diagnostics by account/retailer
Work closely with the CCM team, Key Accounts Directors, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Legal
Requirements
Proficiency with distributor and consumer panel data
Strong experience in Category Management within FMCG or the Prescriber (On-Trade) channel (experience in multinational companies appreciated)
Strong analytical and synthesis skills with the ability to formulate clear recommendations
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work autonomously
Mastery of sales methods and techniques, with strong negotiation skills
Knowledge of the beverages market, distribution channels and competing players (asset)
