About the role
- IT Applications Specialist designing SAP solutions and providing end-user support for Calderys Group. Supporting various SAP modules including FI-CO, Concur, and Basware in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Support of SAP ERP systems.
- Develop and validate the application design.
- Gather feedback from business users and understand requirements.
- Work with other regional or global IT teams on ERP related inquiry tasks.
- Assists in project planning and scheduling.
- L1-L2 Support/trainer for key-users.
- Vendor Coordination.
- Provide/coordinate support with integrated solutions (SAP Concur, Basware, Serrala).
Requirements
- 12 to 15 years of extensive experience implementing, migrating, managing and operating ERPs.
- Strong knowledge about applicative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluent or native English speaker.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with an understanding of existing and emerging technologies.
- Ability to listen and learn from his/her team as well as from peers of the group but also to change the current ways of operating.
- Ability to prioritize workload and work well under pressure to meet deadlines and manage business expectations.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Willing to travel (if required).
- Experience of working within a culturally diverse global company.
- Experience in multidisciplinary team management.
- Experience in SAP migration would be a plus.
- Experience with SAP concur, basware and serrala is a plus.
- Knowledge of other modules like SD, MM, PP is a plus.
- Experience working in the manufacturing domain is a plus
