About the role

• Berater im Sozialrecht für den Sozialverband VdK Bayern. Selbständige Mitgliederberatung zu sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen in Nürnberg.

Responsibilities

• You independently advise and represent our members in all matters of social insurance law, severe disability law, basic income support, and compensation law — from filing applications through the objection procedure.
• You enjoy collaborating with volunteers in the district association and the associated local branches.
• You proactively maintain and care for member relationships.
• Occasionally you will be willing to participate in trade fair appearances, conferences, or meetings.

Requirements

• You hold a university degree or a completed vocational qualification with solid knowledge of social law, or possess a comparable qualification or relevant experience.
• You have experience in advising clients and the ability to explain complex issues in a clear and understandable way.
• You bring empathy as well as a rational, structured approach.
• You are confident in using MS Office applications.
