- Provide specialized travel consultancy and resolve customer inquiries via digital channels and telephone;
- Prepare quotes and sell travel services (packages and forfait) to customers through the Sales Portal;
- Meet targets established by Management;
- Analyze, synthesize and report on trends or issues in destinations within your area of expertise;
- Participate in training sessions;
- Request blocks and reservations of tour packages from suppliers;
- Respond to, inform, and clarify any questions from the operations team regarding bookings made;
- Act as an agent of change and continuous improvement for your area, aligned with the company’s strategic planning, optimizing internal processes;
- Care for and safeguard equipment and systems provided by BWT or partners, reporting any damage or issues identified;
- Deliver on customer expectations by addressing requests submitted by customers, and evaluate recurring situations so they can be handled via the Sales Portal.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Experience in the tourism industry.
