Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of Operations and Maintenance services projects in the power generation, storage, transmission and distribution space
- Ensure all contractual services are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and with strong customer service
- Manage client relationships, support proposals, pursue new business
- Lead a diverse team to achieve project and client goals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships and client experience
- Foster strong relationships and ensuring high satisfaction
- Coordinate project portfolios, which may include multiple projects for one or more clients
- Support proposal development and actively pursue new business opportunities
- Manage a project team and act as project manager
Requirements
- 15+ years O&M experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems, Solar, T&D systems/substations, or gas, coal, or nuclear-powered generation
- 5+ years leading project management or service delivery
- Transmission experience (electrical systems, substations, energy storage, or power generation)
- Strong leadership and team management
- Skilled in problem-solving and troubleshooting
- Able to coach and mentor others
