About the role

• Architect managing planning for turnkey new builds at B&O Bau, focusing on sustainable construction and innovative building concepts. Collaborating with multiple disciplines and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop design proposals in line with the client's requirements from schematic design through construction documentation (LP2–5), based on the BIM model you create and attribute in Revit
• Ensure compliance with all building regulations and standards
• Independently coordinate specialist planners and communicate with authorities and clients
• Integrate and coordinate discipline-specific models
• Work closely and coordinate with other disciplines while adhering to the agreed BIM workflow

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Several years of professional experience in planning (HOAI phases 1–5)
• Confident use of BIM-oriented CAD software, particularly Autodesk Revit
• Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented working style
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
