About the role
- Junior Proposal Writer supporting Bulletproof's sales team with organizing and developing competitive proposal documents. Facilitating effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Help build SOW, Service Agreement, and Sales Proposal response templates in the PandaDoc proposal system.
- Work with Bulletproof account executives, solutions architects, subject matter experts, and legal resources to construct SOWs, Service Agreements, and Sales Proposals aligned to client requests and Bulletproof services.
- Proofread written content for spelling, punctuation, grammar, and clarity.
- Work with team members to ensure attractive, precise, and professional final SOW, Service Agreement, and Sales Proposals results.
- Monitor SOW, Service Agreement, and Sales Proposals request intake system and ensure SOWs are delivered to account executives on time for client delivery.
- Support development of Request for Proposals (RFPs) by monitoring various bid sites for possible RFP opportunities.
- Maintain reporting for senior management.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Post-Secondary degree or diploma in Communications, Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Relevant work experience may be considered in place of post-secondary education.
- Experience with SOW development in the IT industry is considered an asset.
- Experience in document review and editing.
- SharePoint experience considered an asset.
- Ensure responsiveness and timely action is taken to meet the needs of others.
- Detail oriented and takes great care in keeping track of deadlines and producing flawless documentation.
- Understanding of IT industry (computers, networks, security) considered an asset.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
- Experience with proposal systems such as PandaDoc is considered an asset.
- Must have the ability to exercise sound judgment.
- Must have the ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
