About the role

  • Insurance Consultant providing comprehensive advisory services to clients in Bielefeld. Focusing on retirement planning and customer satisfaction in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage clients' individual insurance needs
  • Serve as the point of contact for occupational (company) and private retirement provision matters
  • Provide ongoing servicing for corporate and private clients
  • Responsible for full processing of transactions/cases
  • Work closely with the internal office team
  • Conduct annual review meetings independently
  • Advise on corporate benefits programs
  • Expand your network through sales activities
  • Acquire new customers

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an insurance and financial services clerk (Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen), a relevant university degree, or an equivalent qualification
  • Alternatively, career changers with relevant expertise are welcome
  • Passion for client service and building close customer relationships
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable working in a family-oriented environment
