Requirements
- Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen) or a related university degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of motor/auto insurance
- Ideally, experience managing large fleet accounts
- A passion for customer service and close client relationships
- A strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented, family-style environment
