About the role

• Werkstudent:in Product Management supporting data monitoring and stakeholder feedback analysis at buah. Flexible remote or hybrid setup based in Munich, in a culture of team spirit and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Master data monitoring and maintenance: By overseeing the completeness of our master data and taking part in its ongoing upkeep, you enable smooth business processes.
• Print data management and maintenance: By checking print data for accuracy before reprints and ensuring it is provided on time, you help keep our products legally compliant and available for delivery.
• Phone interviews and surveys: You support Product Management in better understanding our customers' needs by collecting their feedback.
• Analysis and reporting: You assist Product Management with analyzing surveys and interviews, as well as evaluating product and assortment performance.

Requirements

• A healthy perfectionism and an eye for detail — there is no “almost correct” when it comes to master data.
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work independently — your work influences the whole company.
• Respectful, clear communication internally and externally — you will be speaking with colleagues and customers.
• Prior experience in the following areas is a plus: Master data management (ERP, PIM), Project management (Asana), Survey design, Basic knowledge of food labeling.
