About the role

- Data imports and creation of documentation templates using Microsoft Excel
- Implementation of digitization initiatives and further development of quality management
- Supporting specialists and managers in introducing and monitoring quality standards
- Supporting and training employees in the use of processes and software
- Close collaboration with and support of IT management
- Support in the area of procedural documentation
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Advanced knowledge of DATEV and Excel – preferably in a law firm environment
- Experience in accounting
- Experience with client engagements
- Initial experience in process management and procedural documentation
- Strong IT affinity and analytical thinking
- Strong organizational skills and a responsible approach to work
- Strong communication skills
