About the role

• Senior DevOps Engineer at mylo, managing multi-cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Promoting DevOps culture while ensuring compliance and automating system maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Automate provisioning, scaling, and maintenance using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines with integrated testing, security scans, and quality gates.
• Monitor systems using Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Datadog; manage logging via ELK, Loki, Fluentd.
• Set up proactive alerting, conduct capacity planning, load testing, and cost optimization.
• Design fault-tolerant, highly available systems and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Enforce security best practices (IAM, secrets, network policies) and ensure compliance via scanning and standards.
• Lead incident response, perform root cause analysis, and document runbooks and post-mortems.
• Mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive adoption of modern DevOps tools and practices.
• Promote DevOps culture, shift-left testing, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles with production-grade infrastructure.
• Proficient in at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands-on with IaC tools: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE).
• Skilled in CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD.
• Monitoring/logging with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack.
• Scripting in Bash, Python, Go, or Ruby.
• Strong grasp of networking, IAM, and cloud security best practices.
• Experience with databases (RDS, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and mentoring abilities.
• Comfortable with on-call, incident response, and disaster recovery planning.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
• Preferred certs: AWS DevOps Pro, CKA, Azure DevOps Expert, Google Cloud DevOps Engineer.
