About the role
- Consultant DMS supporting digital document processes for construction companies. Implementing BRZ DMS solutions to enhance document management workflows in the industry.
Responsibilities
- You will support the implementation of BRZ DMS at our clients — from requirements analysis and process definition through to rollout and go-live.
- You will configure DMS structures, workflows and authorization concepts, ensuring documents are seamlessly linked with BRZ ERP and other systems.
- You will assist with interface integrations (e.g. ERP, e-mail, cloud storage) and support testing and rollouts.
- You will conduct trainings and workshops and assist with documentation and user support.
- In collaboration with product management and development you will contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our cloud DMS solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in document management, workflow design or ERP-related systems
- Basic technical understanding of cloud architectures, interfaces (API, web services) and/or data structures
- Experience implementing or supporting DMS/ECM systems is a plus
- Understanding of business processes — ideally in the construction sector or other project-oriented industries
- Analytical thinking, a structured working style and enthusiasm for client consulting
- Willingness to work independently as part of a remote-capable team
