About the role
- Technical Program Manager leading enterprise data platform modernization and Snowflake migration programs for BFSI clients. Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Snowflake migration and data platform modernization programs across multiple teams and workstreams.
- Define and manage the overall program roadmap, delivery milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary interface for senior client stakeholders including CIOs, CDAOs, platform leaders, and business sponsors.
- Ensure migration strategies align with Snowflake architecture best practices and cloud-native design patterns.
- Provide oversight on data migration approaches, including data ingestion and transformation patterns, data validation and reconciliation, and performance optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management
- Strong understanding of modern data platforms and Snowflake architecture
- Proven experience leading enterprise data platform modernization initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
