- Understand client expectations, gather requirements, and ensure alignment throughout delivery.
- Conduct regular status meetings, demos, and reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with business and technical partners.
- Prepare project documentation, dashboards, and executive status reports.
- Track KPIs, sprint velocity, program health, and delivery outcomes.
- Maintain transparent communication on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Project/Program Management.
- Strong exposure to Data Science, AI/ML, Data Engineering or analytics-based projects.
- Solid understanding of datasets, model lifecycle, and engineering workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Scrum, Agile delivery, and tools like Jira/Confluence.
- Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and expectation management skills.
- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and manage multiple workstreams.
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and decision-making abilities.
