About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards based on business requirements.
- Design, implement, and optimize data models and ETL processes to support BI initiatives.
- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver BI solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in Power BI solutions by implementing quality assurance best practices.
- Create documentation and provide training to end-users on the use of Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data visualization and BI technologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience (4-6 Years) as a Power BI Developer or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Power BI (Power Query, DAX, Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service).
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes.
- Experience with SQL databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.) and strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
- Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft certifications related to Power BI (e.g., DA-100: Analyzing Data with Power BI) would be a plus.
- Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, QlikView, etc.) is a bonus.
